First Run Social Game

Introduction

Welcome to First Run! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the First Run mobile game ("Game"), developed and published by Fastex ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or playing our Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download or play our Game.

License to Use

Subject to your agreement and continuing compliance with these Terms and any other relevant policies, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including, but not limited to, graphics, sounds, music, characters, stories, dialogue, catch phrases, concepts, artwork, animations, and text, as well as all trademark, copyright, and patent rights related to the Game, are owned by Fastex or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Game, except as provided in these Terms or with our prior written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Use, display, or mirror the Game illegally or without authorization.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Game.
Use the Game for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature through the Game.

Account Information

You may need to create an account to use some features of the Game. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are suspected of being fraudulent.

Earning Points

In "First Run," players can earn points (or coins) by performing specific actions within the Game.

Adjustments for Technical Errors

We strive to maintain the integrity and fairness of the Game for all players. However, in the event of technical errors or issues, we reserve the right to adjust the points, coins, or any in-game currency and rewards credited to your account. This includes, but is not limited to, correcting balances if they have been inaccurately altered or increased due to technical problems.

If we determine that points were awarded in error, we may deduct the improperly awarded points from your account without prior notice. We also reserve the right to take further action, including temporary suspension or permanent termination of accounts if the acquisition of points results from exploitation of known or undiscovered bugs or glitches, fraudulent behavior, or any other actions that violate these Terms.

We understand the importance of these points to our players and commit to making such adjustments with careful consideration and clear communication to those affected.

Reporting Issues

If you believe your points or coins were adjusted in error, or if you encounter any technical issues that negatively affect your game progress or point balance, please contact our customer support team. We are dedicated to ensuring a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for all players and will work diligently to resolve any issues you may encounter.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the Game. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms, your access to and use of the Game, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Dubai International Financial Centre ("DIFC").

Any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of these Terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be brought exclusively in the courts of the DIFC, and you hereby accept and submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts with respect to any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of these Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure that you understand the current terms and conditions governing your use of the Game. Your continued use of the Game following any changes to these Terms signifies your acceptance of those changes.
